High-tech Equipment

Processing equipment in the chemical, petrochemical and hydrometallurgical industries has become more sophisticated to meet ever-increasing process demands. Higher operating temperatures, pressures, tolerances and corrosive environments require attention to the least details in design and fabrication. The envelope of practical equipment design is being pushed outward continuously.

Hantech is meeting this demand from our customers by providing equipment fabricated to our proven forming, heat treating, welding and testing procedures. We also understand and follow customer specifications to fully develop the potential of the completed equipment. Both courses of action are needed to deliver equipment that will meet the designer's expectations for service life, corrosion resistance, and trouble-free performance.

We are active in many markets for high-tech equipment such as PTA, acetic acid, formic acid, VCM, pressure acid leaching, adipic acid, acrylic acid, nitric acid, etc. Wherever sophisticated design is needed to solve materials and corrosion problems, Hantech is there with the answer.

Here are some examples of our products. These can be provided in all weldable materials and clads.

Reactors
	This is a titanium clad, large diameter, PTA Oxidation Reactor. This unit was full x-rayed, dye penetrant inspected, helium mass spectrometer tested and hot gas cycle tested. This is the first PTA Oxidation Reactor provided by a Korean fabricator. Hantech provides both vessel type and tubular type reactors.

Heat Exchangers
With a fully equipped machine shop, Hantech is an excellent choice as a heat exchanger and tubular reactor fabricator. We have special BTA drills that make accurate, smooth tubesheet holes and automatic tube welding equipment to provide uniform, defect free tube welds.
